Our SPIRIT PARTNERS
Corowa Distilling Co.
This is not just whisky. This is us. A celebration of our spirit, our town, and the people who call it home. So let’s raise a glass, honour our ancestors and for god’s sake, have a good laugh. Corowa. A town that’s steeped in rich history since the 1840s. It was named the ‘birthplace’ of Australian Federation after our people began the movement towards a united country. Sums us all up, really. We’re a passionate bunch who make sure everyone’s voice gets heard.
By the banks of the Murray River, Corowa’s Flour Mill built our town from the ground up. Exporting grains across the country and around the world, she was a powerhouse. Until her doors shut in 1970 and the building was left to decay. It was the end of an era and our whole town felt it. When two men with a love of footy and a passion for whisky meet, something beautiful happens: an idea to turn the town’s abandoned flour mill into a world-class whisky distillery. Ambitious? Yes. A little nuts? Maybe. When a small town unites, big things happen. The council sold the old mill to us for a buck and a promise: to bring it back to life and put our little town on the map. And our community have become just as much a part of our whisky as the distillery, the ingredients and the land itself.
In every drop of Corowa’s finest, you’ll get a taste of true Australia. And that’s the way it should be. From the grains we source from local farmers, to the water we pinch from the Murray River, and our copper stills handmade right here, we’ve always supported local. We’ve travelled across the world to master our craft and train under top distillery experts. From the Scottish highlands to the Tasmanian mountains, we’ve brought back their secrets and made it our own. Looking at this ancient craft through fresh eyes, we’ve captured its essence and created new processes for a refreshingly new take on whisky.

Doghouse Distillery
Doghouse Distillery was established in Battersea in late 2016 , and is the only full turn-key distillery in London. We chose Battersea as our home due to its industrial history and grungy vibe.
Doghouse has a full micro-brewery, 3 rectification columns (a total height of 21m) and a 1500 litre copper pot still. We are one of the few distilleries that make our base spirit from scratch aka we do things the hard way! We currently make four core spirits - Renegade Gin, Baller Vodka, Baller ‘Chilli Bacon’ Vodka and Doppelgänger Aperitivo. Our 5th core spirit (whisky) is currently in production!
And why Doghouse? “Doghouse” to us reflects an underlying vibe of good times, passion and innovation, with a hint of rebellion. If you enjoy a drink or two then it’s likely you have spent some of your life ‘in the Doghouse’, and if you come on a night out with us, you’re certainly going to end up there! In the Doghouse we are passionate about doing things ‘properly’. We like to have control over the whole process, to be accountable when it comes to uniqueness and quality, and to master what we have learnt is a rare trade!
We source all of our grain locally, the majority of which comes from farms in Norfolk. We buy in whole grain and then mill it onsite, mash it in our brewery to release sugars before pitching yeast which kicks off fermentation turning this wort into beer.
Our process varies slightly depending on what spirit we are making and this is where the art comes in and trying to take a different approach (not taken by others before) to create something novel. And the spirits really do speak for themselves.. we have won numerous gold and silver medals from various awards. CLICK LOGO FOR MORE INFO!

Ironhouse Distillery
At the edge of the Tasman Sea, where the old droving hut Iron House once stood watchful, we carefully craft our spirits. Oceanside, we distil, mere moments from where the sea floor falls away into the mysterious depths, the dark unknown. Floating amidst the sea, in an endless parade of life, are stories and the battles that lie within them. This endless enigma, packed full of wonder, inspires us to create something unique, enticing and strangely familiar to compliment these tales…… In that tradition we have created our premium range of spirits, for all in which to indulge. Our dedication is absolutely uncompromising and complex. Mindfully distilled within the confines of our copper still, it’s the synergy between the purest local ingredients, the pristine waters and the cleanest ocean air of Tasmania’s untainted East Coast that balance and mature our spirits perfectly.
This is our story, but it is your taste buds we wish to indulge in decadence.
Follow the omens to the Spirits of the East.

Ragazzi e Succo
From Bartender to Sommelier, Restaurant owner and cook, my experience in the hospitality industry has spanned over 24 years. Balancing flavours and tastes, while managing people and expectations was an integral part of my hospitality background and has led me to this next chapter, creating Ragazzi e Succo.
Aperitivo’s and Amaro’s are something special to me. Bitter, sweet, herbaceous, complex and textural, amaro’s and aperitivo’s are best served before dinner to create an appetite, or also perfect as an after-dinner digestive. Whether its spritzed, neat, stirred, shaken, soured or simply with ice & a slice….You do you!
I have created Ragazzi e Succo Aperitivo, with maximum flavour in mind. It features an assortment of organic citrus fruits, local herbs & roots while also including classic Italian amaro botanicals. Distilled with grape spirit then steeped for an extended time, it is mixed and sweetened to create a unique flavour profile but with a familiar taste to be enjoyed as you would a classic aperitivo or amaro. My go to is with lemon juice and tonic water with a slice of pink grapefruit, but with its versatile flavour profile can be used in a cocktail that suits you.
