OUR BEER PARTNERS
KAIJU! BEER
Brothers Nat and Callum Reeves established themselves as the original hopmasters in 2013. Since their first beer (Aftermath Double IPA) single handedly caused a statewide shortage of Simcoe hops, their hop-driven styles and unique branding have seen them grow the brewery and stay 100% family owned.
“We’ve been into making (and drinking) beer for a long time - we’re kind of nerdy scientists about it actually. In late 2013 we decided to start making beer for a living and released a Double IPA that was a little bit hoppy and got some attention. We’re only as successful as the support we receive, so thank you!” Kaiju means “strange creature” in Japanese - think Godzilla, Mothra, and all the baddies from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Our own tribe of kaijus include the Diatamatic Hopzilla, Cthulhu, Behemoth, Betelgeuse and the lovely lady Hopped Out Red. KAIJU! Beer has received some recognition of late, which is really because of our fans - thank you!

LA SIRÈNE BREWING CO.
Brewed with obsession and solely guided by creativity, La Sirène artisan ales are in a world of their own - Welcome to La Sirène!Our signature wild and farmhouse ales are a representation of place, time & season. This philosophy drives us as artisans of unique and expressive beers – from our very first Saison in 2010 up until today. We draw on traditional approaches while allowing our wild ales to be driven by the influences of here and now. Our beers are made in harmony with the seasons - inviting the influence of wildly occuring yeast and bacteria from the natural environment around our brewery. As the première brewery in Australia with a singular focus on wild and farmhouse ales, we are pioneers in these styles of brewing. Our house style continues to attract success across Australia and around the world. Family-owned and operated; we are a small team with big ideas and a relentless passion for creating unique things. What started as a love for consuming became an obsession with creating. It wasn't long before the brewery was founded, created out of a desire to master and champion these highly expressive and interpretive wild ales in Australia. Our name is a nod to our early inspirations and La Sirène (the siren) was our response to this calling. Since 2010, we've continued on this journey. We're driven by an unwavering commitment to explore and innovate within the realm of wild and farmhouse brewing and to challenge perceptions and broaden experiences of what beer can be.Beyond saisons, our repertoire celebrates the wonders of completely spontaneous fermentation through the use of our authentic Coolship, and with the pioneering and creation of a range of wine-hybrid wild ales borne from our origins in winemaking.
WOLF OF THE WILLOWS
Wolf of the Willows is a brewing company established by Scotty and Renae McKinnon in November 2014. We have a passion for producing hand crafted, modern ales that are distinct in quality, flavour and character – what we like to call ‘Ales of Distinction’.Our satisfaction comes from taking raw, natural ingredients and turning them into beers that we love to drink. We take pride in the fact that we brew the beer, we bottle the beer, we do it all. This all said, if we can simply provide you with a moment of enjoyment from a pint of one of our humble ales, then our job is done.

BADLANDS BREWERY
Our home is to the west of The Great Dividing Range, in the foothills of Mt Canobolas, in Orange, NSW, Australia. Our region is known for its rich food and wine culture, and is rapidly becoming a mecca for craft beer lovers.
Badlands Brewery was established in 2010 by ex-Pom Jon Shiner who has been executing his mission statement ever since: – “ To produce world-class, nationally recoqnised, full-flavoured premium beers, using the finest ingredients and best practice brewing processes” Badlands beers can be found in virtually every self-respecting craft beer venue across NSW and the ACT and has recently started distribution into Victoria.
All Badlands Brewery’s beers are made only with malted wheat and barley, water, yeast and hops and come to you as nature intended – unfiltered and free of preservatives and additives. They will never contain cheap adjuncts favoured by the larger breweries, such as corn, rice or cane sugar and are hand-crafted, a 1000lt a time on a manual, hands-on brewhouse.Head Brewer Jon Shiner’s brewing philosophy is that Badlands’ beers should be deeply satisfying, characterful and interesting right to the bottom of your third pint.
Badlands has a focus on traditional beer styles but is always ready to experiment. Hazelnuts, Black Truffles, Figs, Blueberries, Rum, Finger-Limes and Chillies are just a few of the ingredients that have made it into a Badlands keg, bottle or can over the years. For example, released each year at Easter and again during Winter is our award winning beer - “Malekula Dark” a Chocolate, Rum & Vanilla spiced Porter. CLICK LOGO FOR MORE INFO!

COMMON PEOPLE BREWING CO.
The people behind this new craft brewery are family and friends. We’re Common People.
The majority of us were born and raised in the Northern Rivers region. After exploring the world and finding life partners, we have each found our way back to our roots, to raise our families.
Growing up and living in this area has given us an incredible appreciation of what the region has to offer, both naturally and culturally. Our beers and our brewery showcases what’s on offer from the region with beers designed by the people for the people, reflecting everything that makes the area great - the beaches, the rivers, the hinterland, even the soil fertility! Common People has a core range of crafty and sessional beers that are always on offer, including an IPA, a Pale Ale, a White Ale, a Hazy IPA, a Lager and a Stout.
We also get super crafty with our Seasonable brews which hang around for a few months, and always have something new for you to try with our limited edition Special Batch Brews, which are experimental and artisanal, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients wherever possible.

3 RAVENS BREWERY
It started off innocently enough as the name of a beer brewed specially for a wedding. But soon 3 Ravens took on a life of its own. In 2003, we commissioned a 300L nano brewery in a Thornbury warehouse, knocking out traditional European beers and putting them into a handful of nearby pubs.
Fast forward 21 years and we’re still brewing out of our Thornbury brewery (a little larger than the original brewhouse) but now our focus is on championing local ingredients and developing a range of unique and exciting styles that reflect Australian culture. We pay respect to traditional ales while pushing boundaries to create our own, with influences and processes borrowed from old and new. We love to explore the world of flavour with innovation, creativity and fun being the heart and soul of everything we do.
It’s been a wild ride along the way but we remain fiercely independent and are proud to say that we’re one of the pioneers of Australian craft beer and Melbourne’s Oldest Independent Brewery.

BIG SHED BREWING
Our Big Shed story starts in the Barossa, back in the year of 2002. Two loose units had the idea to brew a few cheeky beers for their mates to share, and before they knew it their shed was holding a lot more than just the cars. As mountains of brewing equipment, tools, hardware and the Scalextric track filled the shed, a brewing love affair began.
Over time, and more than just one pint, the beer started getting tastier and the hobby took on new life. After a year spent dreaming instead of doing, crunch time was approaching, and the boys took the plunge into professional craft brewing.
A new chapter began when the micro brewery moved from the old farmers shed to a rented warehouse in Royal Park, where Big Shed leapt to life. Countless hours were spent refining recipes and designs, before Big Shed’s first full scale beer, a batch of the FrankenBROWN was crafted. The FrankenBROWN remains a well-loved Big Shed brew to this day, joined in our core range by F-Yeah, Californicator and Kol Schisel.
Another year down the line and Big Shed keeps getting bigger. September saw the launch of our tasting bar and kitchen in Royal Park, comprising 6 taplines and hearty finger food to enjoy with a pint. Since then the experiments have just kept brewing, as our community of Shed Heads keeps growing.
While we never thought we would outgrow our Brandwood St home, by 2018 it was clear we had. Work began on finding our new location and we ended up with land just down Old Port Road. Works began and in December 2019 we moved in. More room for punters, tanks and pinball machines, our new home has all the things we wanted in our brewery’s next iteration.
BLACK HOPS BREWING
GOOD BEER. GOLD COAST.At Black Hops, we seriously love good beer! We love making it, we love packaging it, and we especially love drinking it. But most of all, we love that it brings together a community of beer-loving friends. We believe we have built the best team in the industry, with a great work ethic and a passion for craft beer and the Black Hops brand.
BOATROCKER BREWERS & DISTILLERS
Boatrocker is a small, family owned and run brewery and distillery in Melbourne's southeast. Boatrocker sets out to challenge the status quo of beers and spirits. Celebrating tradition while pushing the boundaries, finding new and exciting flavour profiles but never straying from our quality-driven values is what sets Boatrocker apart.
Founded in 2009 by Matt & Andrea Houghton, Boatrocker has come a long way from its beginnings of selling its first beers from the back of their car. Gypsy brewing was a great first step into commercial brewing, but it had its limitations, and Matt and Andrea more determined to have their own brewery. After a few years Matt and Andrea were in a position to build their own brewery. Late in 2012 they took over a property, purchased equipment from around the world and set about getting it all up and running. The first items Matt purchased were 60 used wine barrels, starting the wheels turning on what would later be Australia's first barrelroom and cellar door. The first beer put through their new equipment was a turbid mashed lambic style beer.
The business has grown with extra investment, and now Boatrocker has one of the largest barrel ageing facilities in Australia, allowing years of inspiration to become reality. In late 2017, Boatrocker became Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers, with the distillery Hippocampus from WA merging into Boatrocker to create an exciting new venture allowing us to let our creativity run even more free! We hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy offering them to you.

Our beers are unique, sometimes challenging but always with nuance & subtle layers of complexity. We make hand crafted, artisanal beers that explore a ever changing selection of styles with a diverse array of farmed and foraged ingredients that showcase the “terroir” of place and are an expression of our areas agricultural & maritime history and the pristine wilderness that we call home.

THE SOCIAL BREWERS
After almost 2 years of planning and preparation, with a lot of help and support from my friends and family, I've developed a small red brick factory unit in Mortdale’s industrial area, into St George's first craft brewery. The Social Brewers is hyper-local by design, capable of producing enough great beer to service the tap room. The vision is to bring locals together to share great beer from one of our taps, or a wine from a small producer and a simple snack. The core range (a Session Ale, an American Amber and an IPA) is available in cans for take away from the tap room, and 1 or 2 local independent bottle shops, with seasonal styles and experimental creations available as tap-room exclusives. It’s about the local community. I want to bring the small brewery experience to our area and build somewhere people can come and share a beer. A way they can get to know their neighbours.
RECKLESS BREWING CO

WOOLSHED BREWERY
Woolshed Brewery is located in the historic 100 year old shearing sheds of Wilkadene Station, located in the Riverland 20 kilometres north of Renmark.Since their first brew day in August 2009 the Woolshed Brewery is fast becoming one of the Riverland's top tourist destinations. With its rich history, stunning riverfront location set amongst beautiful gardens it is the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends and family whilst enjoying all things Riverland.
Since 2010, brewing has been overseen by Jackson Beavis, who left a career in large manufacturing to pursue a passion for brewing in his family’s hometown of Renmark. In 2015, Jackson embarked on a year-long pilgrimage to the UK to work in traditional British breweries and study with the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. Once back brewing locally, he brought those skills and ideas back to Woolshed Brewery and to the beers he's since brewed. If you're after proof of what time away brings, look no further than 2019 when Woolshed received Champion Hybrid Beer for their Firehouse Coffee Stout, Champion Reduced Alcohol Beer for River Time Session Pale and Champion Small Brewery at the Royal Adelaide Beer & Cider Awards.
PICKLED MONKEY BREWING CO.
In the early 1900’s several wooden barrels branded “White Pure Alcohol” were sent out by ship from Oxford University to the University of NSW.
After 5 days of being overdue, some people from the University headed to the wharves to see what was going on. When asked where the barrels were, the deck hands – who were rather inebriated – told them that they hadn’t yet been unloaded. When asked if they’d been drinking from the barrels, the rascally wharfies replied that they may have “tested” the alcohol to see what it was.
Unfortunately for them, they’d been consuming the juice of Pickled Monkeys that were on route to the UNSW Biology Department for dissection. And thus, the legend of the pickled monkey was born. Don’t F$#k with the Monkey!!
QUEENS OF CHAOS
We’re a small indie brewing outfit based in Dulwich Hill, tucked away in Sydney’s Inner West, and we believe great beer is for everyone. No gatekeeping. No beer snobbery. Just thoughtfully crafted brews we reckon anyone should be able to enjoy — however they damn pleaseSince May 2023, we the Chaotic Duo, Courtney and Justin have been the custodians of Queens of Chaos, taking the torch from founders Chrissy and Jim. Since then, we’ve been on a mission to brew considered, small-batch beers that serve and celebrate the vibrant, diverse local community we love so much.We believe beer should bring people together. On the brewing front, that means crafting flavour-packed tins that go light on the alcohol so you can enjoy the hell out of them — whether it’s your first spring park hang, a sweaty punk gig, or a winter night of cards and chaos around a space heater. On the social side, we live by a philosophy of Chaotic Good. That means showing up for the fringes — supporting women’s and non-binary folks in sport, helping local artists find their audience, and partnering with organisations that champion inclusivity, joy and rebellion. (Shout out to Sydney Roller Derby League and Sydney Sirens Ice Hockey — you beauties.)
SIX STRING BREWING CO.
Launched in late 2012 by Chris Benson, an avid home brewer and school mate Adam Klasterka, Six String Brewing Co has built a strong following producing full flavoured or as we like to call them Amplified Ales and continually brewing up something new, different and often out of the box of your standard beers.
