HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
We like to make sure you are happy so a 2 case minimum works for us and can be spread among portfolio
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free because we love working with you!
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY PERIOD?
Given how busy things are we would like to estimate anywhere from 7-14 days and if we can get it to you quicker that will make all of us very happy!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are based on individual cases. If you drink or sell it all and want a replacement, I'm not sure we can swing that but I can confidently say that if any quality issue occurs we will gladly replace any items of concern.
ARE ALL PARTNERS INDEPENDENT?
Yes, all of our partners are australian made and owned and independently operated.
CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Of Course!! The more the merrier we believe.
DO I RECIEVE PAYMENT FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED RECYCLABLES?
Unfortunatley not, if we cannot recycle them to collect the refund then we cant pass on the payments. We ask you just to take a little care because after all.....it is your cash.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY PAYMENT FROM "YEWR"?
We will aim to pay you at the end of each calendar month directly into your nominated account.
